The term "outsider art" broadly refers to artists with no formal training, but primarily has come to describe work produced by artists with disabilities. RHD has long embraced art programs as a means of empowering people of all abilities to realize their creative potential and explore various means of personal expression. "Outside In," RHD's online gallery, showcases the work of artists with disabilities from across the country, work that is as personal and engaging as it is striking and beautiful.
